Guest Policies

Shimmer Spa retains the right to refuse service. Rendered services are non-refundable.

We prefer that all persons under the age of 16 in our spa are booked for services, to protect the safety and wellbeing of your children, as well as the serene environment for all patrons. Our service providers and desk staff are working diligently to give you the best, most timely service possible, and are not able to assist in caring for your children. If you have questions about this policy, please reach out to our staff.

Effective May 2020: If you are the first reservation of the day, please arrive on time and head right in! We will text you via our text only line when your station or treatment room is ready. Our guest services team will reach out prior to your reservation regarding wellness forms. Lateness may result in rescheduling your service, an abbreviated service at menu pricing, or cancellation fees.

A credit card on file is required to hold a reservation. If a reservation is not canceled or rescheduled within two hours of original appointment time, your card with be charged 50% of the service price.  Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to your next spa experience.
