Shimmer Spa retains the right to refuse service. Rendered services are non-refundable.
We prefer that all persons under the age of 16 in our spa are booked for services, to protect the safety and wellbeing of your children.
A credit card on file is required to hold a reservation. If a reservation is not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of original appointment time, your card with be charged 50% of the service price. Lateness may result in an abbreviated service at menu pricing or rescheduling. Chronic lateness past appointment time or frequent rescheduling may result in cancellations of future appointments. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to your next spa experience.
New guests only: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for skincare or massage forms. Paperwork will be set aside in our Lobby welcome center. Look right when you walk in, and you will see your paperwork with your first name in the top left slot in our floor tower. For any questions, reach out to your provider through text.
