Eye creams are products targeted for the gentle and thin skin around the eye area. Often, you can also use eye creams to treat your lips! You won’t find exfoliants in every eye cream, but when you do, they are time released and formulated with care. Dark circles, puffiness, and fine lines can be alleviated, but as an esthetician, I caution that you do not need to use eye cream until you are about 22 or older. Eye creams are a product you add later on and are usually a great addition after getting comfortable with cleanser and moisturizer. Ageless Total Eye Lift ($62)- Is our number-one eye cream at Shimmer Spa! It’s packed with retinol, so you can use it as part of a low-maintenance routine at night 3 times a week to start. I think of it as an eye mask, and if you miss or skip a day, it won’t impact your routine! It is great for fine lines, puffiness, and dark circles.
Ormedic Balancing Eye Lift ($62)- An organic-based eye cream to help alleviate puffiness where quinoa meets peptides! This eye cream feels cool on the skin and if you’re ingredient-conscious, all the better!
Vital C hydrating eye recovery gel ($60)- Help break up dark circles with recovery al la Vitamin K! Dark circles require circulation to heal, and vitamin K gets stagnant blood moving out of your obicularis oculi muscle.
The MAX Stem Cell Eye Crème ($62) Who wouldn’t want to relax crow’s feet with specialized eye ingredients for extra hydration and less sensitivity? I switch between this eye cream and the Iluma eye cream at home, and I’m really enjoying using this eye cream on all of my guests! You can use this on the 11 lines in between eyebrows to help relax crow’s feet with the special peptide Argireline. I use this cream during the day to relax my facial muscles.
The Max Wrinkle Smoother ($88): This is a targeted eye treatment and the most advanced one we have! It combines the peptides and plant stem cells of The Max line It is meant for between the eyebrows and forehead as well. I have started using the serum and am in the process of tracking my long-term results. This is a serum for your eyes so you do want to use and eye cream with it.
Illuma Brightening Eye cream- If it’s in a purple bottle, it brightens! I love Image’s color-coding. Between Lashify and my powder brows, I think putting this eye cream on at night helps brighten my eye area so I am comfortable going without full-face makeup. It’s similar to facial contouring, and will help lighten built-up pigmentation around the eye area.

The newest eye care product is the Image MD restoring eye masks ($58)- Made with hydraters and caffeine, putting these on in the morning helps me feel more well-rested! This eye product will calm everything down. I always use these with the 90-minute dermaplaning and H2Glow facial to help conduct the radio frequency wave and repair the skin.
